INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Full-Fat Cottage Cheese
1 Scoop Level-1 Peppermint Bark Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Crushed Peppermint
Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Whipped Cream
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the cottage cheese, Level-1 peppermint bark, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of heavy cream to a high-speed blender or food processor.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy (about 30-45 seconds).
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed. Add a splash of heavy cream if too thick, or add a bit more maple syrup if you'd like it sweeter.
4. For a mousse-like texture, transfer to serving bowls and chill for 30 minutes. Or enjoy immediately for a softer consistency.
5. Top with crushed peppermint, sugar-free chocolate chips, or whipped cream if desired.
